MARIVELES, Bataan – An eight-storey modern building is now nearing completion in a strategic place inside the Freeport Area of Bataan.
Grand Innovasia Concepts Corporation (GICC) Director, retired Navy Capt. Benjamin Tancio told 1Bataan.com that their new building called GICC 1 will serve as their main offices, commercial area and housing area for their employees.
“The ground floor will have a restaurant for the public, fine dining area for high-end clients, a salon and a spa,” Tancio said.
He said that the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors will serve as offices and operation areas for their clients and investors while the remaining 5th to eight floors will be their residential areas. It is expected to be inaugurated this coming November 2017.
Tancio added the project is part of the first IT Techno Park at the FAB which will serve as the company’s operations hub in the country.
GICC’s planned complex will serve as the company’s main operation center for BPO online and interactive gaming activities in the country. It will also house other locators with provision for business and commercial spaces.
GICC is a currently engaged in recreation, leisure resort, games and amusement center, particularly online and interactive gaming, computer games and other related recreational activities. It is also recognized as a master licensor and regulator of interactive gaming for international market.
